WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
- to educate governments, residents, and the medical community that industrial scale open-air composting, land application of sewage sludge, and improperly designed, sited or operated facilities, pose risks to the health of workers and nearby residents;
- to promote the development of alternative composting and waste disposal strategies that protect public health;
- to educate the public and the medical community that other adverse environmental conditions also pose health risks such as may occur from indoor contamination of homes or businesses;
- to educate the medical community and the public regarding the signs and symptoms of mold related diseases;
- to research and promote the testing, treatment and prevention of mold related diseases.
